DEPOSIT FORM
We take our deposits as a measure
of good faith that you, the buyer, are serious about
buying a puppy. The deposit amount may vary due to the varying
price of
the puppies, although the usual amount is $300.00.
If you have already spoken to Brenda via phone or email and have agreed
to send a deposit for a puppy then
you may complete the form below.

I
the Buyer, as stated above, have put down as intent to
purchase the above said puppy, a deposit in the amount of
$___________ already discussed by and
decided upon by both the Buyer
and Seller. In the event, for any reason that the
Buyer is unable to meet His/Her end of the purchase of this given
puppy, the
Seller, Sweet Labrador Retrievers will retain
100% of the deposit monies. The deposit money is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If
the buyers pick was not met (for example: if no males or no females
were available, or no pup was available meeting His/Her preference
already decided upon
within this contract) then the deposit
may be transferred to a future litter with no penalties. Thisapplies also to a situation in which the litter is not conceived,
the
litter is lost, or if the puppy chosen were to become incapacitated, thus deeming it not sellable, another puppy of equal value will
be offered. In the event that two
pups in the same litter are
purchased by the same party, each pup will be due its own deposit,
and in turn should the Buyer decide, for whatever reason to
cancel
on either pup, deposits cannot be transferred to/or applied
to the price of the other pup already chosen by the buyer.
You may transfer your full deposit, at any time to a future litter,
of the same breed.

you recieve a confirmation email from Brenda at Sweet Labrador Retrievers
that your deposit funds are verified, cleared and approved, this contract

not hold your puppy pick. We reserve the right to refuse to
sell anyone a puppy.
